Please note: The Sheetfed Maintenance Classes are currently for customers and their employees that own Speedmaster XL 105/106 or 145/162 models. However, we will evaluate launching other product courses based on demand. If you do not see an applicable class for your machine model, please complete the form below and write in the comment section what class you would be interested in.

Sheetfed maintenance training classes will take place at the Print Media Center Americas in Marietta, GA, and are not part of our free Operator training program. Each participant will be required to pay a $7,000 training fee which covers the duration of the 5-day class. Each class will have a maximum of 6 participants. All participants are responsible for securing their travel and lodging. Once your application is submitted and confirmed, you will receive a handbook with additional information, including recommended hotels and restaurants. Applying to the class does not guarantee a spot in the class, you will receive an official confirmation email once approved.

Sheetfed Mechanical Training

The Sheetfed Mechanical Training is part of a special multi-phase training program specifically developed for Speedmaster XL 105/106 and Speedmaster XL 145/162 customers. Participants will develop a baseline understanding of the multiple mechanical and mechatronic systems throughout the press.

Target group: Experienced sheetfed offset technicians.

Speedmaster XL 105/106 Electrical Training

November 9–13, 2026

Participants will develop a baseline understanding of the electrical control systems that will enable them to become a “First Responder” for a variety of electrical related issues throughout the Speedmaster XL 105/106.

Please note:

  • Each training class can have up to 6 participants
  • We ask for at least a minimum of 4 participants per class.
  • Each training class begins Monday at 1:00pm and runs until 4:30pm
  • Tuesday – Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm
  • Friday class concludes at 12:00pm
  • Lunch will be provided – Tuesday through Friday
  • The cost of the training is $7,000.00 per participant.
