This, combined with the innovative gripper technology and the sophisticated feed line, results in a harmonious overall solution for taking signature packages from the delivery and stacking them on the pallet fully autonomously. This is a very easy way of further increasing the folding machine’s utilization, while at the same time reducing the operator’s workload. You won’t need to worry about the quality of the piles on the pallet anymore, either.
The Stahlfolder P-Stacker stacks up to 300 packages per hour – fast enough to keep up with even the most productive folding machine. It can produce a pile height measuring up to 1.06 m on EPAL 1 Euro pallets.
The Stackstar C is our new coexistent and flexible robot for automatic stacking in print finishing. Designed for short and medium runs, Stackstar C reduces operator workload and ensures consistent performance. The robot integrates seamlessly with Stahlfolder folders and third-party systems for unmatched versatility.
One operator moves up to seven tonnes of paper per shift. With the autonomous stacking system StackStar P, not only do you free your employees from labor-intensive tasks, you also achieve maximum productivity and cost-effectiveness because the physical workload is no longer a limiting factor.
Austrian industrial bookbinder Koller und Kunesch replaced brawn with the fully automatic Stahlfolder P-Stacker stacking system – and upped its folding throughput by more than 20 percent.
